Can you setup multiple ftp accounts to access Yahoo web hosting?

I have a consociate that wants me to help him with his website, I would prefer for him to not give me his user account and password, and to set me up with my own (for collateral purposes). Can this be done with Yahoo web hosting?

With any cpanel landlord such as ourselves you can setup multiple FTP accounts if you want. I mention that as I'm not a fan of Yahoo web hosting as they are not very webmaster focused and don't let you have access to a lot of tools. There are a lot of salubrious hosts out there even if you don't go with us, bluehost.com, lunarpages.com, hostgator.com, any of those are solid hosts designed for people edifice sites.

Where can I find free hosting with FTP access?

I demand to make a website and upload it using FTP with Serif WebPlus.
I only need a petty amount of storage (less than 1gb) and I need to be able to upload the site directly from serif using FTP to the hosting.
I will then tie-in to the site with a .tk or .co.cc domain.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Have you checked out any of the unloose hosting options on http://www.thefreehosts.com. FTP good amount of space and bandwidth with no forced advertisements on your webpages. You get what you pay for but I anticipate you find that your free host is reliable for your needs.
