Is there any website that offers the hosting of transformation fiction by new writers?
Sep 29, 2008 by Drake | Posted in Other - Internet
This is because I'm an layman writer of transformation fiction (I'm mildly interested) and I'm looking for some story archive point that people know about and visit and also doesn't mind hosting amatuer work.
As you may recognize a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a property name. To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online lapse and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
If you want to start your website I advocate purchase your domain and hosting together. In this way it is possible to get your domain for free. Some hosting services offer this contribution today.
One of these services is reachable at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . As an well-informed webmaster I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. Their service is really first-rate and easy to use.

After watching the amazing job China did of hosting the 2008 Olympics, do you feel a bit intimidated by them?
Aug 24, 2008 by LesYeux8 | Posted in Politics
Uniquely the Opening ceremonies - it was an awesome display of what Chinese manpower can do.
And, considering China's natives (1,320,000,000) is over 4X that of the USA coupled with their growing economic power, do you feel at all intimidated by the domain of China?
I was in China for the Olympics (and to call in relatives in Shanghai.) It was an awesome experience to say the least. I don't think anyone should feel intimidated, rather they should cognizant the great advances China has made during the past 25 years. When my mother hand China thru Hong Kong 25 years ago most of the country was quite dumb. Although there still are many parts that would be called backward, the progress is astounding. That progress is what makes the Chinese people the most proud. A domain that was once destitute and colonized by the west and then Japan has risen to become one that is developing into a modern one that is moneyed.
Over time, I think that the government in China will have to change because the increased prosperity and educative levels of their people will make them demand it. But for now, most Chinese I met were most interested in economic encouragement under way and excited about their country's future.
