EM= email. I m as a graphic designer for a company, but I'm starting up a company to handle smaller jobs like web work, logo design fliers, etc. (my boss doesn't mind, since the company doesn't steer that) What are some recommended cheap web hosting with domain names and email?
I run several slightly sized sites, with a few thousand visitors a day each.
I therefore recommend and personally use: (been using for 2 ears now)
http://www.hostmonsterplus.com
They have innumerable space and transfer.
They give you a free domain for life.
They have php and mysql if you ever use those.
You can also add as many domains (.com, .net, ...) as you like so you can have many discrete sites for 1 hosting price.
They also give you free $50 Google Credits for advertising your place.
If you go with them and have any trouble making your site feel free to PM me, I have a lot of experience there.
Whatever you choose, the trounce luck to you.

On today’s market there are literally thousands of web hosting providers. Choosing a web manageress is not so easy task. Once committed to one, it will become very difficult to move your business elsewhere – not to mention the bill that can be done to your business if you make the wrong choice. This makes it very important to “get it straighten out the first time”. Find out as much as you can about your prospective web host before making any decisions.
The perfect web hosting directory (I use it myself) to get an raison d'etre of what web hosting companies are the most popular, the most successful, or even the most affordable is http://www.web-host-rankings.com - All the top 10 give you a free domain and propose unlimited bandwidth.

Also, make unshakeable you get the best deals (extremely important if you are on a budget). You can find web hosting coupons and promo codes that will guard you a lot of money when you purchase your web hosting package, the website is http://www.mywebhostingcoupons.com
And finally, while doing your experiment with, make sure that you are using credible websites, be on the look out for scams.

Where do I go to register a cheap domain name without hosting? I want to secure the name while its available?
Apr 08, 2008 by iluvs | Posted in Security
When I do a search, fundamentally I end up with a hosting company. I haven't decided on a host yet but I want to secure the domain name while I can. Its my understanding that if you get a democratic domain with a host. That it basicaly belongs to the host. If you decide you want to go somewhere esle you can't take the name with you. I am also looking into having a ecommerce plat designed. Thought I would try a freelance designer thinking I could keep the price reasonable. Any tips?

Domain Name: Importance of a Domain Name
by Finance
If you get a domain name that describes your companions's traffic or name, people can think back on the name away and can proffer to your place without having to consult their documents. In incident, if you get a yard goods name that describes your by-product or aid, you might even get people who were dispiriting their good break by typing "www.yourproductname.com" in their browser. Getting a domain name involves registering the name you hankering with an organisation called ICANN through a domain name registrar. For exemplar, if you decide a name like "illustration.com", you will have to go to a registrar, pay a registration fee that costs around US$10 to US$35 for that name. That will give you the above-board to the name for a year, and you will have to refurnish it annually for (normally) the same amount per annum. My exclusive bent is to catalogue the name quickly with a domain name registrar rather than through my web crowd. I've heard stories, in the erstwhile, of less-than-dependable web hosts that registered the domain under their own name, making them the possessor of the domain rather than you (although I don't recall if such web hosts still an existence today). Registering with a domain name registrar allows me to lunge at unavoidable that I am registered as the proprietor, the administrative and detailed contacts. Being the proprietor is critical — if someone else places himself as the P (such as your web entertainer), he can always settle on to onset you some exhorbitant fee for the use of the name later, and there is toy you can do. The individual other contacts are less animating, but still make believe substantial roles. For exemplar, the administrative speak to's affirmation is required before a domain name is transferred out of a web have. If he/she cannot be contacted, the detailed contact is familiar. Although some web hosts advocate that you put them as the complex telephone, you may approve to keep yourself as one, so that when you require to move your name to a new web play the host, you don't have to wait for your old manager to approve the over. Seemingly a few have been known to take their own agreeable interval to do this, while slippery ones have literally refused to do it. Domain names vaporize unusually quick like a bunny. Many people set forth that all the positive domain names are gone. I question that — but it is undoubtedly be fulfilled that most salubrious domain names that are descriptive of products and services have been entranced. If you lack a domain name for your site, I imply you act now, or physiognomy the distress of having irreparable that name later. After all, US$10 (more or less) for a year's ownership of the name is beautiful cheap when you realise that you're cornering a A-OK name for your website.
