I have a put with http://www.gracenet.org They are fairly good--only a few minor snafus with them the past year or so--and I design minor. They have a pretty good plan if you are talking about a small site--the method called Megabyte Mania. Look for it under "special deals" it isn't one that is advertised in down sight.
