Access databases ONLY run on Windows. You will *have* to use Windows hosting and undoubtedly a private virtual machine to have Access databases. As for programming languages, you'll necessity to use ASP or VB. Those will be the easiest to integrate to your database. You will also need to be very careful since Windows servers have security problems that impecuniousness to be managed.

However, I'd like to suggest an alternative. You can simply copy your data framework and data to a mysql database. That will let you use less expensive hosting, since it will work on Linux. It also opens up the possiblity of using all sorts of other technologies to effort with your data - JSP, ROR, etc.

i appetite to creat my own web site from any free web hosting, i want to include some database(oracle,MSaccess etc.), so plz anyone will chide me from where i can get 100% free web hosting supporting php and db?

If you are serious about websites either for close or your business, don't go to free web hosting as they are usually not reliable and you may end up losing all your hard work. Unsolicited web hosts usually put advertisements on your websites and it could be annoying.
