I wanna have a free domain name,at the same at the same time i need a free web hosting too...

I have end up across lots of sites that say "we offer free domain names free web hosting" then AFTER i register i find out its not free at all or you have to have a sub domain name from their place or have to advertise for them.

I would like one that is actually free to host and get a free domain name

also i want to use Google adsense on my website.

I be familiar with I asked this a few days later, but I after that I found out my Dad has Macromedia Dream Weaver 8 so I learned how to use it and created an frightening site, but I don`t know how to publish it. So I need to register a domain name (for free is often my price) with web hosting. Please give links and steps please.

With some web hosting companies you can get a free domain name with the foothold of their hosting package. It's actually a better deal than getting them separate.
