Looking to start an ecommerce province, what is the best hosting for this, I am looking for a site that is highly custom able with html, outburst, javascript, etc. but has a good looking shopping cart included.

and is Yahoo ecommerce stores use html? prostores against ssml.
tried prostores and that is the best so far, i want to avoid hosted 100% of the website myself because of continuously issues. any ideas please show.

I'm about to set up my first online webstore selling clothes. Could anyone make one think an affordable website builder (drag and drop because I'm not familiar with html) and website hosting? I hear there are unobstructed ones available. Where could I get information about this?
