What is the best free photo hosting website which you don't give rights, and which you can use commercially?

I have a flickr, picasa, and my own website. But I would like to legion my images, which I plan to use on my website, elsewhere. Flickr you can not use commercially, and picasa you give a worldwide certify (similiar on facebook) which I am not fond of.
Are there any good commercially friendly free photo hosting websites?
ust get free hosting :) Mutate to payed hosting only when you will feel the need.

Free photo hosting with privacy and copyright?

Are there any free photo hosting sites that will let you trust in unlimited photos into different folders and were you can set privacy and copyright restrictions e.g. forbid people copying or downloading your photos? Thanks.

Don't and would never use one myself to store my work.
You can never guarantee there will not be a problem either technical or that they won't go bust or the like.
As to copyright - that is self-governing and unless you stipulate the shots re free to use then they should not be used.
But..... this is the internet - a lot of people don't safe keeping about stealing others work so there is always the risk.
There are obvious ways of mitigating this (password care, watermarking, etc etc etc) but if they are on display someone can nick them.

I had been using Microsoft Portray It! forever but then my computer crashed and when Windows was restored it wasn't on there. This sucks because I really liked how classic it was to use. I need a photo editing program to edit all my photos in (working in Yellowstone & the Tetons this summer so I have tons of photos). What is a most luxurious, simple photo editing program that I can download and use for free? Something similar to Picture It! would be excellent. I don't difficulty anything too professional.
Also, I was wondering what everyone thought was the best free online photo hosting site. I know there's PhotoBucket but I don't separate if there are any other sites out there that may be better? I put my pics on facebook & myspace but I wanted to put them on a hosting site so my parents could see. What do y'all put forward? All recommendations and explanations as to why you think it's best for me are greatly appreciated. Thanks sooo much!
There are many archetype hosting websites out there, I have posted a few links below. The best free image editor is gimp, it is a lot like photoshop and I'm scared it's not as easy as you are used to, but there are many online tutorials available.
