I uncommonly need a hosting that is free, supports PHP and most importantly has a STATIC IP for the chosen free domain. If someone knows, please say me! :) My English isn't very good... I hope you understood my question !

I desideratum a free PHP hosting site which has the directive "allow_url_open" as "upright" and easy registration without force adds.

I have a free PHP hosting site and i tried this: ini_modify("allow_url_fopen", 1) and ini_alter("entertain_url_fopen", 1) but they didn't work :-(

You can check the php_info if allow_url_fopen is set to on or not.
