I have end up across lots of sites that say "we offer free domain names free web hosting" then AFTER i register i find out its not free at all or you have to have a sub domain name from their position or have to advertise for them.

I would like one that is actually free to host and get a free domain name

also i want to use Google adsense on my website.

I am creating a website for a non-profit arrangement. Is there anywhere that I can get a free domain name and/or web hosting. Also, are there any resources for where I would be able to find a web developer willing to help me design a webpage for free everything considered it's a nonprofit? I know about geocities, googlepages, etc. - I don't like them. I need a authority looking webpage.
