What free web hosting sites are allowed in school?

What free web hosting sites are allowed to be viewed on a dogma computers(that block sites, of course)? There are free web hosting services that you can find on Google or any other search engine, but which one of those is attainable in school? I have made one or two websites in the past, and neither of them were able to be viewed at school.
If you wanted to have knowledge of why, it's a club website. And I'm in High School, if that's any help.

Are there any free web hosting sites that I can transfer Frontpage to?

A few years back I use to use freewebs as a way to bruit about my own site which I created through Frontpage. But I went on there today and it appears that you have to use their tools and can no longer transfer sites. So I was wondering if there are any FREE sites out there where I could still use Microsoft Frontpage rather than their tools?
FrontPage requires server-side extensions guy and not all sites do this as FrontPage is a lousy HTML Editor. Might look into the following.

How many free web hosting sites are available on yahoo?

I'm almost finished with my website (created with Microsoft publisher). I should be publishing to the web very momentarily. But I cannot afford to do it on the hosting sites that charge fees. Are there any web hosting sites for free? Especially on yahoo?
