Can you setup multiple ftp accounts to access Yahoo web hosting?

I have a woman that wants me to help him with his website, I would prefer for him to not give me his user account and password, and to set me up with my own (for asylum purposes). Can this be done with Yahoo web hosting?

With any cpanel entertainer such as ourselves you can setup multiple FTP accounts if you want. I mention that as I'm not a fan of Yahoo web hosting as they are not very webmaster focused and don't let you have access to a lot of tools. There are a lot of well-thought-of hosts out there even if you don't go with us, bluehost.com, lunarpages.com, hostgator.com, any of those are solid hosts designed for people edifice sites.
