Do you need to buy a hosting package from the same place you bought your domain?

I bought a concern and now i want to buy a hosting package for it. Do i /have/ to buy the package from the same place in which i bought my domain?

You can appointment book your domain name at another company which is separate from your hosting account. All you need to do is point the name servers to your hosting companies ones within the restraint panel provided by your domain registrar and everything should work for you. If you need any help a fit web hosting company will assist you with the setup. But, have you chosen a web hosting provider already?

I'd like to confirm control over my web site that is being built. Would it be better for me to purchase a hosting package through the same company I purchased my website territory and just provide the log-in information to my web site developer? Or should I just let them host it?

Your website can be hosted anywhere as lengthy as they meet the requirements. If your designer is offering a reasonable price you may want to go with him because they'll be more conscious with the control panel.
