Is it legal to sell web hosting services to iran?

I fancy there are embargos and other restrictions placed on the goods/services you can sell to Iran. Can a US hosting company flog betray web hosting to citizens and businesses in iran legally?

These sites are providing web hosting in Iran, so it doesn't materialize that its illegal in Iran.

How do web hosting services Mid-Phase and Pro-Phase compare to the web hosters?

Has anybody practised with web hosting services Mid-Phase and Pro-Phase? How has it been doing for you? What are their features? Any pros and cons? Anything that separates them from the other web hosting services whether assets c incriminating evidence or bad? Thanks!

I am in China, I appetite a US web hosting services, And I will upload file and maintain from China. So please advise, I buy it for my company web.
Well, Godaddy is inapt when I visit. And 1and1 give $200 for AD yahoo.google.micro.... It is more attractive. And lunarpages seem no folding money for AD yahoo/ google/ micro.

I find that GoDaddy.com is trusty..I have my domains with them or you can find very reasonable rates from hosting companies in India.
