Although I can get it why you would want a free host, it is important to look at the total package that comes with paying a publican. Really a webhost is only as good as the customer service it offers. A great landlord should have 99% Network uptime, fast and reliable hardware, and 24X7 customer care availability. You should be able to call the Host 24 hours a day and speak to someone that can help. No matter who you are, you will indigence great customer service. I would look into HostMySite.com. You can not get a dedicated speciality name free. They must be paid for. You can get a sub-domain name free. http://www.000webhost.com/159285.html DOES NOT Forearm FREE DOMAIN NAMES. They can't as they don't own them.

I created a website with the ease of my sister using Dream weaver..I am looking for a safe free host to upload my area. I know of sites like Weebly, Wix ect. Where you can build websites but you can't upload them..
