what is the best free domain hosting service?

I'm looking for one that has no downtime and url forwarding. And perhaps no ads if I did ever plan to develop the site. If not free then what other web hosting service provides said benefits for a low bring in and maybe has unlimited domain names.

what web host is best that has 100% free hosting and domain?

i'm looking for a web hosting locale with a hundred percent free hosting and also another hundred percent free domain. any suggestions? i need it all in one. also it has to be unlimited...i could use it with FTP or something like that...and many many features...! no ads please...anything that seemd to be the most excellently and everything you want for free thanks!

Probably not, as you have unrealistic expectations for a person with a $0 budget.
There is no way to get a free domain name. Spell. A domain is an example of something that "someone" has to pay for, if not you, then someone else.
It would literally take millions and millions in order for a circle to give out free domains, along with free hosting on top of that.
And obviously no individual would want to buy a domain name for a stranger.
There are sites that offer free domain hosting, but of no doubt it will not be as reliable as paid hosting and you will probably not get the amount of space you want. Not to mention, with all free things, you would as likely as not be with the same host for a short period of time. The main reason for this is the company all things considered would not be around forever, since it's free. And that's the problem with free stuff. It's never permanent.
So you may ask yourself, "Ok, so how can I get a domain name without paying for it?"
Since there are no free domain names, and you are perhaps a teenager, your only viable option is to ask your parents and relatives to buy you a domain name and a hosting package. Use every holiday to your upper hand. Your birthday. Christmas. Arbor Day. Heck, make up a holiday if you need to.
If that does not occupation, then I would suggest you to wait until you can buy a domain and hosting on your own.
If you can not wait, then I do not know what to suggest. You can't get a free domain name. No one wants to buy you one. You don't want to be on a freeserver. The only preoccupation I can suggest is for you to not make a website, if you have so many restrictions.
And not to mention, because there are no free domains, and you will probably not be satisfied with free hosting, I don't see you getting a domain name and a hosting parcel, unless your parents or relatives buys them for you, so you might as well wait, right?
