I deprivation really cheap hosting that offers hundreds of IPs IF i need them. I found some online for 3 bucks an IP, but thats not twopenny enough. Uptime isnt really important as long as its 60%. Can anyone help me?
I prerequisite whatever is cheapest, which would likely be shared. 100 Shared IPs with very small bandwidth and crappy uptime would vocation fine, i just need the sites up for link value.
There are a lot of easier and more actual ways to get backlinks than that.
1. You can't get them for cheap (3 bucks per IP sounds about right).
2. A 100 of websites built this way won't give a lot of Google vitality (their Page Rank will be 0, if even that)
3. It's a lot better (and cheaper) option to just buy sundry links from sites like http://www.inlinks.com/ or http://www.text-fasten together-ads.com/

I truly need a hosting that is free, supports PHP and most importantly has a STATIC IP for the chosen free territory. If someone knows, please tell me! :) My English isn't very good... I hope you settled my question !

I have been troublesome to host a multiplayer game on Halo Trial (PC) but even though the server opens up no one else is skilled to join the server. I read somewhere that this happens if the client ip address starts with 192. How can I exchange this? Also, if I had to manually change the address, what number should it be, any random numbers?
the 192 ip is your internal ip assigned by your router.. The aim that no one can see your server listed is because you dont have the ports configured properly within your router.. There is no demand to change that... It is possible but that will be purely stupid to do so....
To open your ports go to portforward.com click routers... prefer your router... find halo... follow the instructions
