which is the best dedicated server / managed hosting service out there?

i would like a comparative bibliography of service providers and their rank and their price so that i can choose which one would be the best for me..
i want to have SSL
few ip addresses
and ofcourse all the essential stuff
including a 2-4 free domains with it...
can you guys help me out?
