Ms Exchange mails downloaded to other's account's inbox?

Hi,
I am using Ms Prospect 2003 on WindowsXP SP2, and trying to configure with Ms Exchange Server 2003.
I have one my company's pop3 account configured to outloook. Mails from this account goes to default "Intimate Folders' inbox".
After this I tried to configure my other account which is hosted on Ms Exchange Server 2003. When I configured this account as instant account in my outook 2k3, It created one more folder called "Mailbox - Ashish Kumar".
Now the mess is...
Mails from exchange server are downloading into Personal Folders' Inbox and mails are getting deleted from server. While from the same account all other mails are growing to appropiate folders. e.g. Mails from Sent folder of Exchange Server is going into "Mailbox - Ashish Kumar" send folder, and also maintaing a emulate on server.
Now my question is
1). how to restore my inbox's mails to back into Exchange Server's Inbox
2). I indigence POP mails into Personal Folder's inbox; while Exchange mails into Mailbox-AshishKumar's inbox
The riddle is, I am not able to choose two different delivery folder for two different account. Means, if I am changing deliverance folder, it is changing for both the accounts

Does RIM Blackberry Internet Solution allow wireless syncing of calender events from Microsoft exchange?

I am looking to enwrap out Blackberry 8800 phone across my business. We have a hosted MS exchange server and are not looking to setup a Blackberry Initiative Server, so are going to looking into the Blackberry Internet Solution (BIS). The different operators can not give me a clarifying answer if BIS will wireless sync calender and contacts. Can anyone help?

We currently use Treo 650 handsets which sync email, calender and contacts wirelessly right away with MS exchange, so don't really want to lose this functionality.

No, BIS only syncs email. Full wireless sync requires BB Aggressiveness Server.

Exchange 2007 Clustering Questions (Part 2)

Introduction

In part one of this article series we looked at some of the questions, often posted in the a variety of known newsgroups and forums, linked to the perpetual replication features of Exchange 2007. These questions focused on topics such as the stature of storage assortment copies, applying update rollups to clusters, and the multitude of nodes in a Congregation Ceaseless Replication (CCR) habitat. Here in part two we will go on with by looking at additional clustering questions interrelated to Exchange 2007.

How Can I Move an Existing Choose Server to a New CCR Ecosystem?

Some organizations have deployed a choose Exchange 2007 server to serve their needs. These servers will always be ceaseless the mailbox, Patient Access Server and Hub Banish server roles as these three roles are obligatory in any Exchange 2007 structure. In some cases, it has been known for the Unified Messaging r to also be co-located on the same server. Sometimes these organizations get that messaging has become more and more impressive to the duty and therefore a move to one of the clustered mailbox server roles becomes inviting. By clustered mailbox server, I am referring to either a CCR or Only Transcribe Knot (SCC) locale.

The first scope to recognize about a reachable move to a CCR or SCC locale is the following ‘rules’ on the subject of the clustered setting:

If you appliance a clustered mailbox server game either CCR or SCC, you cannot have any roles other than the mailbox server r match on that clustered mailbox server. Noting dot 1, this means that at least one server case of the CCR or SCC surroundings is required to run one or both of the Shopper Access Server or Hub Moving rapture server roles. A CCR ecosystem consists of two nodes, whereas a SCC environs can consist of between two and eight nodes.

Therefore, let us look at a apt to object of a new infrastructure that is emotive away from a put combined server. If a lone combined server is performing satisfactorily, then it is peaches to say that either a two-node CCR or SCC medium will more than satisfy. This will lack to be constructed on new machinery alongside the existing server, with new storage groups and new databases constructed. Once the new clustered milieu has been built, the mailboxes can just be moved from the existing combined server to the new clustered medium using the built-in tools found in either the Exchange Top brass Cheer up or the Exchange Control Outside. Once this has been done, the mailbox r can be removed from the combined server to entrust a server continuous only the Shopper Access Server and Hub Euphoria server roles.
