I am worrying to find a picture hosting site that I used to use. It is spelled something like phoeto or potoeo? I cant seem to find it or spell it in all honesty.

I like to use imageshack because it's astute easiy and offers unlimited usage but it seems to have a fair bit of down time or can be slow (not loading the picture).
Any suggestions for something as extensive but without the down time?
I use it for hosting pictures to post on forums.
