The responsible above is very good. However, it is easier for a startup to LEASE a Dedicated Server from a data center. There are hundreds to pick out from, you then run the server without all the line expenses, back up power, redundant lines etc.

or do a search for "dedicated servers" the rate to lease is very affordable and saves you lots of startup dollars. As you business grows, then start your own information center!

how do you setup joomla with 1and1 hosting?

I have 1and1 hosting national plan and need to know how to setup joomla and run it on the server!
Pretty amenable
1. Log in to your hosting control panel using your username and password
http://admin.1and1.com
2. The sheer screen will pop up. Under Website Applications will be a link "Click'n'Build"
click it
3. When that paginate loads, click the "To Applications" button
4. Scroll down to Joomla and click introduce
5. click "I agree" to the licence then click next
6. Then fill in your domain details, and purchaser details you want.
7. Enjoy.

godaddy is extravagant 3.99 per month for 1 domain , im looking other hosting.
not sub domains like domain1.com/province2.html . but index.html domains
