I am having problems with my present UK website host. For around a year now, they haven't been responding to any form of contact from me, and have now suspended my speciality, and locked it to their own name, so it wont expire until 2009. My question is, is there any form of regulatory consistory that regulate website hosting in the uk?
The hosting company is www.pogga.co.uk - and they're absolutely awful and unprofessional.

Ive created a website and its all speedy to be put on the net, i made it through notepad so it cant actually be viewed yet. I already have my forum made which is already on the web: http://animalparlour.proboards107.com/
Anyway, im looking for somewhere to put it on the web to host it and have a bailiwick name too but cheaply as i cant afford much as im a student. Im in the UK aswell. Can anyone help? thanks.

Can anybody commend me a website host that supports Java applets and accepts .co.uk domains already purchased and enthusiastic to transfer? Oh and I don't need much space, and I don't want to pay much thanks.
