In other words, if you pay for a web hosting does it categorize blogging feature? What hosting offer such?

I'm planning on making a website for my self and I hope for to include a blog in it as well.
I want something simple and free, easy to use.
I also want 2-3 bloggers with their sequestered page on the site for their own blogs.

Which UK Web Hosting provider is most appropriate to host my Wordpress blog? I have tried 5 but I keep having downtime. I just want to mistress of ceremonies my blog and eventually an online shop using Magento.
I've been hosting my instal with Evohosting for years, and I really like them.

I've never had any issues with downtime with them, and their prices are in the end good. You shouldn't have any problems using Wordpress or Magento with them, because you get them free when you writing on the wall up. You also get something like 60 other scripts for free, but I really like Magento and Wordpress.
So I guesswork I'd have to recommend Evohosting. Just really good customer service, low-cost, no downtime issues, and lots of free stuff!
