questionusing access database to host web what type of web hosting account is need, which server best supports

and what programming lanfuage will be employed to work with the access database?
Access databases ONLY run on Windows. You will *have* to use Windows hosting and unquestionably a private virtual machine to have Access databases. As for programming languages, you'll basic to use ASP or VB. Those will be the easiest to integrate to your database. You will also need to be very careful since Windows servers have security problems that miss to be managed.
However, I'd like to suggest an alternative. You can simply copy your data edifice and data to a mysql database. That will let you use less expensive hosting, since it will work on Linux. It also opens up the possiblity of using all sorts of other technologies to line with your data - JSP, ROR, etc.

i hope for to creat my own web site from any free web hosting, i want to include some database(oracle,MSaccess etc.), so plz anyone will take an oath me from where i can get 100% free web hosting supporting php and db?
If you are serious about websites either for critical or your business, don't go to free web hosting as they are usually not reliable and you may end up losing all your hard work. Emancipated web hosts usually put advertisements on your websites and it could be annoying.
If you like to create websites (in the main you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months' time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could drove all your websites in one account.
I would like to suggest following webhosting which I use, they are excellent.
They offer hosting of "unlimited domains" and you will get massive webspace of 300000 MB (300 GB ). They only invoice $5.95/month and they offer "a free Domain Name" and installing assignment called "Fantastico". By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping bring (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer "Released Website Builder" as well.
Visit the site to check details.
