For obtaining a establishment license, you must choose one of the different categories for the business type. What would a web design, hosting, and management friends be considered? I was thinking computer programming, but that doesn't seem right. THANKS!

Which is is better for my business, I have a Web Design & Web Hosting point, and would like to find out if any one had experience in those software to provide comments.

I have a blog but I longing to create a website. I need a recommendation for hosting and web design. They key factor here is I do not want to spend a lot of folding money. Of course right? : )
