I am looking to construct a network of sites with one parent site and 2 to 4 sub sites for a network of businesses. I will shortage to play sound clips and would like to have the ability to have a visitor fill out and submit forms. It would also be gigantic if I could have an avatar that talks. So, as you can see, I'm looking for more that a simple personal site. I'm also looking for the in the most suitable way software to build these sites.

I'm looking for something where they can devise rapid changes, can maintain as many pages as I require, and where they're not ridiculously proprietary about their services in example in any event I change hosts.
