When you change merchant solution providers (web hosting), does your page rank reset?

I basic to find a new web hosting provider and/or shopping cart service that allows my online store to reconcile oneself to payments in Canadian funds. If I change my web hosting company as well as my shopping cart provider will my messenger rank start from the beginning? Thanks! :)
My one's own flesh has an online commerce site and when we switched from Microsoft BCentral as our host to another enterprise out of Georgia out page ranks plummeted! We were in the top 5 on Google and Yahoo and it took about 2 weeks to optimize the new place and get our rankings back. We did not change anything drastically on the page, just some of the text and the look (color contrive, layout) of the site. We got a shopping cart that was much easier to use and had lots of other features like coupon codes and yearning lists. And from my understanding the small changes we made actually helped us gain higher rankings after the prime switch over. Hope this helps! :)

Do any of you people be aware any webhosting sites that allow warez links to be hosted?????
I am looking for webhosting providers that grant warez linking.
I will not have host any programs or warez of any kind on my website.I unbiased want users to be able to post links to what ever they have uploaded
I do NOT care whether it's statutory or not, so don't bother telling me.
a forum. some forum sites let you...thats why most warez links are on forums. there direct too.
