I also certain (html, .net3.5, sqlser) I wanted to know How the web sites hosted with web server. If I prerequisite to run my own business of web hosting, what should I do? I want my computer works as Web Server or web Hosting Server, then what should I implement in my PC?

I emergency to use a Python library that is not available on my web hosting server. What is the probable procedure to get it to work? Put the necessary files in my cgi-bin? Ask the crowd to install it globally or only for me? Your help is greatly appreciated.
