Does anybody be sure a free web host that will let me use a private ssl certificate that I have already generated?
The certificate that I want to use was created by my grunt certificate authority so I hope that it will work.
PS: If you want to get a ssl certificate 100% unshackled signed by "DS Secure" then email me at danieldsage@yahoo.com and be certain to include your csr.
Hello,
Although I can accept why you would want a free host, it is important to look at the total package that comes with paying a manager. Really a webhost is only as good as the customer service it offers. A great proprietor should have 99% Network uptime, fast and reliable hardware, and 24X7 customer waiting availability. You should be able to call the Host 24 hours a day and speak to someone that can help. No worry who you are, you will want great customer service. I would look into HostMySite.com. They offer a 30 day lettuce back guarantee. This way you are not tied down and still are free to go elsewhere.
Good Luck.
