What is a good website hosting service if you have a holiday property to let (preferably free)?

We have a peculiarity in Bulgaria and i want to build a free or cheap website to promote it. Are there any site hosting services which would have predesigned templates worthwhile for property letting, including booking forms, etc.? Would prefer user recommendations rather than commercial approaches. Thanks!

Is there a website hosting service that will countenance me to pay monthly, and not yearly? All of the web hosting services that I have checked out, tell you the payment amount per month, BUT they control you yearly!
Let me castigate you a little about my experience with web hosting companies over the years. At times you will come across deals that are almost too worth to be true - cheap web hosting with amazing features! There are hosts that while offering cheap prices do back that up with smashing performance and service, but there are things to be noted:
There are a lot of potential questions you must ask yourself, whilst bearing in unsure other peoples reviews, their reputation, and ultimately - the price. I personally use http://www.top15hosting.com to present web hosting reviews and see what web host is getting the best reputation as well as the bad, which helps me decide who to halt away from.
Your experience might be different but I have many complaints from PowWeb and Dot5Hosting. Those companies just took my simoleons and provided me with bad customer support and my websites would always be down. Today I use Just Host for my web hosting and I’m very satisfied. They also put up web hosting monthly, so I think you will have a good experience with them. As long as you do a little research before buying your web hosting you will be amusing.

I do not dearth to use one of these "build a website" services. I am having problems with geocities dyed in the wool now - their infamous error 999 code is showing up when I try to create a page on there.
