I own a webspace hosting business, how can I cut down chargebacks?

Do you have any ideas on how to baulk these in any way? Or atleast cut down on the volume?
If the chargebacks are above all due to fraud, you need to use a biller that at least does some screening for potential fraud, including comparing the IP whereabouts with the location claimed as the billing address, since the vast majority of stolen creditation card account numbers end up in third-world countries where spamming is a business. You also emergency to have customer service people available to respond to inquiries from issuing banks. Chargebacks surface when there is no cooperation or a lack of contactability on the part of the merchant.

If you had 12GB and 125GB of webspace how would you interpose it down into hosting plans?
I am a webhost reseller and i am trying to set up packages and have been wracking my brain all tenebrosity, going back and forth all evening trying to figure out how much to put in this package and then another package etc....etc...
I pay $24.99 a month for the reseller account what you subscribe to? I want to be able to offer very cheap hosting so i have a edge on others yet I want to make a fair to middling profit.
Any ideas anyone?
Also when you answer could you give an idea of what kind of website these packages could treat without taking up the whole server?
I forget to add that I have 125gb of bandwidth to use and 12 GB of webspace. I am sure that makes more discernment!
The first-class thing I can tell you is to shop the competition. Web hosting accounts that are really cheap are on the whole only about 100megs of space and a couple of gigs of transfer but that varies very much from company to company.
Just check the plans from other hosting providers and set up what you want to convey title. You probably will be selling mostly to locals so what you have to offer is service.. anyone can find hosted space. Fly your services the important thing not the space etc.
