How do I repair the Extensibililty Host in Windows Media Center?

I have Windows Vista Placid Premium and recently I tried to connect to my Xbox 360 to watch movies in Hi-Def. Every pass I open Media Center, it tells me my extensibility host has stopped working. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, but because it came installed on my laptop, it doesn't give me an selection to uninstall. BTW, I'm using a Sony VAIO Laptop, model is VGN-NR123E. Thanks.

I need 3gpp and mpeg4 for responsive delivery, Windows Media, Quicktime and Real for web delivery, don't really want to pay a fortune for everything. Do any streaming media hosts take care of Windows Media and 3gpp?

like i wanna crowd my songs so i can put it on my myspace cuz no matter where i look i can never find the songs i want to put on myspace that are wma files. and i heard you can entertain them on ur windows media player?? also after you host them how do you put them on ur page?
