How do i start a Counter Strike: Source Dedicated Server?

I bought the CSS CD about 6 months ago. On the steam podium i went to tools and downloaded "Source Dedicated Server" and i ran it. Now how do i join it? I cant see it in the "Find Servers" in Disc Strike Source. If i cant see it then probably no one can. A little help please?

i don't kno but pm me when you impose on behave css, we can own up some people, i play jail maps, normal maps, iceworld maps

My source dedicated server lags for some conclude and i don't know why. Everyone on the server gets a pretty decent ping (35 to 60) but its laging for some plain reason....any reason why or how i can fix it?

How do I get Mani Admin Plugin to work with Source Dedicated Server or Half-Life 2 Deathmatch?

I have tried and tried and tried to get Mani Admin Plugin to line with Source Dedicated Server, but it just won't work. None of the:
ma_
or
mani_
commands work, as though its not reading the plugin files at all

None of the features effort
It absolutly doesn't work

Why?

I have been maddening to solve this problem since i started using Source Dedicated server a few days ago.

And i have solved the issue on my server.

The Mani webpage sugggests using the Clients.txt Designer Tool to create an admin list for Mani v1.2 but that didn't m for me.

If you scroll down to the bottom, there are other links which I finally tried out today.

I used the client gimmick on http://www.steam-evolution.com/ developed by XL-Team-Net. The website and the tool is in French but its not that intent to decipher.

Just download the tool, put your nickname and your steam ID and off the LAN IP and email blank (im assuming you want people to connect via internet to your SDS) There is also a Mani CFG inventor you can download too if you want - downloads are bottom left of the Steam Evolution webpage.

When you start SDS, thrive sure your settings are on "internet" and not LAN and when the server starts go to its console and ilk exec server.cfg (im assuming you have already set up a server.cfg file - if not just search for a template online)

I got my mani admin to business just ah hour ago and i remembered coming across your question when i was surfing for answers a few days back.

Thanks for spotting those errors. I am gifted to access my server now yeah. However, I had to think up an autoexec.cfg with my search key. For some two together argue with I cannot get the comfort to persuasible in a sway. I can get it to unscheduled in the pure menu though. I tried adding -calm to the L4D2 motor boat options in steam. That didnt m. Any Ideas so i can get my comfort in lobbies?
