My HLDS (Half-Life Dedicated Server) doesn't want to change maps?

I run my server like always, the same mooring, same RCON password, but this time, it can't change the maps.! When I double-click Map in Main tab, it doesn't show any maps at all. I have to fastened the server down, and then restart it with another map, just to change the map! Help me please!

How do I get Mani Admin Plugin to work with Source Dedicated Server or Half-Life 2 Deathmatch?

I have tried and tried and tried to get Mani Admin Plugin to calling with Source Dedicated Server, but it just won't work. None of the:
ma_
or
mani_
commands work, as though its not reading the plugin files at all

None of the features occupation
It absolutly doesn't work

Why?

I have been upsetting to solve this problem since i started using Source Dedicated server a few days ago.

And i have solved the efflux on my server.

The Mani webpage sugggests using the Clients.txt Creator Tool to fashion an admin list for Mani v1.2 but that didn't work for me.

If you scroll down to the bottom, there are other links which I at the last moment tried out today.

I used the client tool on http://www.steam-growth.com/ developed by XL-Team-Net. The website and the tool is in French but its not that hard to decipher.

Legitimate download the tool, put your nickname and your steam ID and leave the LAN IP and email blank (im assuming you call for people to connect via internet to your SDS) There is also a Mani CFG creator you can download too if you want - downloads are bottom left of the Steam Evolving webpage.

When you start SDS, make sure your settings are on "internet" and not LAN and when the server starts go to its assuage and type exec server.cfg (im assuming you have already set up a server.cfg file - if not just search for a template online)

I got my mani admin to toil just ah hour ago and i remembered coming across your question when i was surfing for answers a few days back.
