Are there any non-profit organizations dedicated to animals in flower mound tx or lewisville tx?

Okay, i lack to do community service and i live in the lewisville-flower mound area of tx. I would incline towards doing service to a non-profit organization that deals with animals(adoption centers,etc.)

O btw i've already tried the efflorescence mound adoption center...they already have a lot of volunteers.

Look for the nearest chapters of the ASPCA and the Humane Society, as well as any wildlife refuges or grandeur parks.

Is it necessary for us to apply as a non-profit organization?

My friends and I have founded an organization that is dedicated to spread awareness of cancer as well as assemble funds for the American Cancer Society by touring the country by bicycle.

Our assortment runs entirely on donations. 90% of the donations are directed toward the ACS, while the rest of the well-heeled helps us be able to supply bikes, equipment, etc.

I am confused on several points. Are we considered a non-profit organization? Do we have to legally petition as a non-profit organization in our state to run our organization?

What is a good name for my non profit business?

Controlling neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) in developing countries would helpers rehabilitate the reproductive condition and rights of girls and women in the poorest countries of Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean, according to a new column published November 24 in the navigable-access fortnightly PLoS Neglected Tropical Diseases . The enquiry demonstrates that NTDs are "top-level factors that injure reproductive healthiness in developing countries; expanding the transference of sexually transmitted infections (STIs); and nurture smirch and gender unfairness."
