I basically fancy to know what is quite difference - i'm thinking of running tutorial site with very videos around (200) of them - i already made it so - I want to host all video from my website - NOT FROM Youtube or any other install. In all web-hosting site like - Web.com or inmotionhosting.com - they provide you unlimited bandwidth - will my website will be licentious enough to load video - my user limit will be around 50 - a day and A video size will be around 25 mb each. - What is well-advised VPS or just common web hosting ? please answer !

Measureless bandwidth does NOT exist, it is a marketing term. Every host that offers "Interminable" hosting also has restrictions on how much load you can put on the server, and "load" is often undefined or merely described as server resources. You will be suspended for using too much server resources long before you reach anything you might weigh to be unlimited.
Hosts that offer unlimited plans will often have specific limits on the kinds of things that you are allowed have on your site. Multimedia and video would often be specifically be excluded. Every assemblage is different, you need to read the exact details from the host site.
With a vps the hosting map has specific limits in terms of disk space and bandwidth, but those are real limits, as extensive as you abide by them you will be ok.
You should seriously consider the vps option, in the long run you will have much less grief.

I cannot for the being of me find the file manager or the public folder directory so I can upload html files, images or scripts. All I managed to do so far was become the nameservers, add a hostname, which is some word plus my domain name, again, this is for a Linux cPanel VPS acct., NOT shared.
Since it is an unmanaged VPS acct no second is given by Dotster
anyone know of a in-depth and easy tutorial, besides this host. I poverty this really quick.
