Where can I buy a Windows VPS Server with Windows 2003 Operating System + MS SQL Server '05 Work Group Edition?

PLEASE aid. My programmer informed me he needs specifically this server with these specs. The problem is that I've discovered that it is outdated and obdurate to find. Does anyone know of a website where I can buy this:
Windows VPS Server
1 GB Ram
20 GB Hard Drive
2003 Windows Server Operating System
MS SQL Server 2005 (Labour Group Edition)

I have a standalone sim hosted on my pc now but would like to herd my own Virtual World on my VPS. it uses plesk 8.6 with windows 2003
with virtuozzo power panel.
Can anyone assist me on this?

I am not steadfast if this site necessarily has a video on exactly that topic, but it does have video tutorials on a kind of VPS questions. Every video tutorial on this page deals with VPS. I'd recommend you at least glance over it. Belief this helps!

How to configure DNS and Windows 2003 web edition?

So far i occupied only shared hosting and VPS but I am hosting my web site now, at home, on Windows XP
I am about to buy a dedicated server using Windows2003 web print run and since it doesn't have an active directory to set up DNS, how can I configure the dns server to point to my server mechanism?

u need to have an ip add , go to tcp ip properties in the network linking assign ip and also for dns
go to add or remove programs , add window components , netork services click details , there keep tick on dns , intercalate ur 2003 cd
install
after install go to admin tools in start menu
unqualified dns
click system name there to floders will shown farward and backward zones
click on farward zone specife department name with .com or any thing like .org .... extension
follow steps
in the backward zone specifi ip add and run down the steps
got my computer properties change name advance
assign dns name
server must be in work rank only then system will restart
to check u r dns thpy nslookup in command prompt
